YEah finally got updated my blog with this new Skin damn long wana do it liao.
And added in a few songs thx to dennis who intro mi tripod and thx to serene too both of them test my blog for mi thankie.

Last Tuesday.

Ok after the accident on last monday.. was terrible at work during lunch i cant even chew a piece of ikan bilis den haf to remove all and swallow my mee siam, even biting the egg hurts.... colleague ask mi to go see doc early wana do my Ot for mi but aiya i still dun feel like ggin to see doc.. ok during nite i eat a cup of ice-cream as dinner.. damn nice hagen daz ice-cream..finally sth i eat wont hurts.. ok after work... thru much consideration and was convince by all my lovely frens and colleague to go see a doc... went to sgh to see.... at the triage the nurse took my pulse and was veri stunned after using the machine to test my pulse/heartbeat... den veri quickly took out her watch hold my wrist and start counting again den she says i got low pulse rate .. i was like wtf and so wait to see counsultation,.. wait for more den an hour... received an sms from jiaying... askin if i sen a doc, i told her no nid coz i already in hospital already... and she and geraldine came down from their shopping to company mi o my god!... was truly and veri stunn paiseh + veri touched hehe.. well its the 1st time.. got company to see doc other den family members... turfully veri veri thankful and they wasted their precious time their despite they had tight assignment till 11pm+ 12am den reach home.. oh god..

oso not onli them thx to all the sprinters who sms mi asking mi about my condition really damn fucking appreciate it

Last wed

Went to training with dk and teck, yup long time nvr hang out wif teck ever since he got GF!! haah actually i got no time to go out wif him too.. so not his fault.. ok gym den go for 2 campus run den come back gym and went to do 6X400m burst with 1 min interval rest... was quite good first run time was 1:18:00min+ Last run was 1:29:00++ haha no bad dat day on form keep within 1.30min.

Fri

Out campus run with da sprinters wif donghan ard was fun good pace.. but hafway thru the run jiaying got difficulty breathing freak the hell out of mi.. lucky nth happen in the end freak mi out cold!!.. ok after the run dennis treat us all drink damn nice ok.. hahahaha..

Sat

went down to kallang with jiaming for a run to east coast mac... a considerably slow pace run coz jiaming too long nvr run too.. after dat went back see them play den back to shack.. finally Geraldine kept her word and went into the cage kel lex too pics of her waiting for them to send mi adn the naughty jiaynig went to push the cage out haha yi da saw it and was luffing haha.
After dat we went to Bishan Junction 8 to watch X-men Sorry i bought the tickets at the wrg venue so sorry.... X-men was good but den jean grey is ugly in this episode..
haha after finish teh movie went to Ps near tehre de coffe club to eat ate the spag ok lar not bad after dat went home took mrt with lex dong and lionel hahaha saw some malay cross dress x-men the jean grey was plump and short hahaha. Went home and slp coz terrible headache again.. everyday juz how pain it is onli..

Sun

wah training was bad.. perform badly... juz cant get the new stroke... hard to change... but den again all the while i am not a short sprint guy, i am a marathon long d rower... so... actually if u all wana win this NCC pls muz win mi in all the short sprints... yup... u all can do it one.. dennis can do it already.. damn glad...
ok went to suntec for a meal den the sprinters went home stayed wif donghan and jiaming for shopping... donghan keep saying eh eh got discount got discount.. we went into mani shops but thx to donghan.. the nice raph lauren polo T dat i find nice every time i walk pass or go in see for mani mani mths can say since last yr.. but was too ex 100++ dats y i nvr consider to buy it at all... now i saw it selling at discounted price of $69 ... woo cool am ggin to buy it this wkend.. den went to adidas shop donghan saw a pair of adidas berms like board short lidat wah seh damn nice too am ggin to buy it tooo hahaha diaoz end up i am the one buying everything..

ok eliza went for make over and she went to this jazreel collection guess it... it near my office i pas by there every day.. the moment i step out of my office i can reach there in less den 10 secs dats how near haha.. so qiao rite ..hruhur am ggin to steal her fotos b4 she gets it.

Wed today.

Went to sch to train... saw ruikun but after i finish bench press he go bathe liao,, and some of the freshies were in the gym doing their self training damn good, i tink is chris jio them de.. got 2 gals in the gym one is sprinter but she nvr train.. so got 3 freshie sprinters in the gym.. nice good attitude starting to like them already hahaha.. ok lastly happy dumpling festival if ur home de dumpling nice muz treat mi eat okie hehe byebye
