Wednesday...

Woke up wif a terrible back damn stiff... pain when i bend.. shitz must be the rowing machine dat causes it... damn stiff ache and pain ..

ok newae sharon got 50% discount for body shop yay! juz rite i was juz ggin to buy facial wash and conditioning shampoo yeah. ok den indugle in a little chat session wif her.. haha was nice chatting.. was like nvr chat wif my angel lidat b4 hurhurhur. ya in case u all donno haha since haf island she is my angel hahaha only her is worthly to be my angel hurhur ok dun say too much liao wait u all might tink i say dat onli becoz she wans to help mi buy bodyshop products.. damn one kind u all... hahaha

ok dn went to sch for gym ya gym though my back got a bit problem liao -.- still manage to do bench press coz no nid use back, den go do biceps. when do bicep i will use some back de when no strenght but today do veri careful .. do 2 sets nia dont do liao coz scared... back pain... ok den they wana go CS again... -.- ok lor go play until 10pm hai~~~~
