Yest Saturday is quite a full-filling day for mi hurhur... went down to canoe in the morning. wanted to train wif weiqiang, its really been a looooong time since i trained wif him in the sea after the marathon..

okie mi weiqiang n ruikun joined cjc for their sea trainings. the rest went to help out cheng n dennis wif the mini expedition to east coast dat they organised.

tRaining was efficient. weiqiang is faster den mi, as wat i have expected, well now i haf a pacer to train wif. hopefully veri sat morning will haf someone cant make it down hahaha (oops damn bad :X) well although was efficient but our timing still sux.. still nid to drop at least 30secs.. hai~~ nid to train harder n harder ler..

okie training wif the cjc ended at 1130 den i proceed to canoe out to find cheng n his grp of expeditors while weiqiang n ruikun pack up.

as i canoe out to green beacon i saw a grp of canoist down there den i tot aiya confirm its not them one.. so loong already canot be until there onli but to my surprize its really them.. becoz of the participant were mostly 1st time canoe dats y cause some prob for them.

newae nth much to say we beach up at gay beach for a while n return to 500m mark to find dennis for our lunch after dat we pack up n went back. Thx to dennis for all the free foods n drinks hahaha

den we were deciding where to go at nite since friday nite everyone is discussing..
jiaying came up wif alot of places she really noe places man (but wah lau really clubber) but well in the end in the weiqiang wanted to go MOS n so bo bian we went to mos during the nite, mi donghan, weiqiang, lex, dennis, jiaying, elva, ethan, denise, jeremy n we had someone special coming wif us !!! Our coach ! cher hahaha so how can i dun go rite..

the queue is loong but fast... n while we were queueing i received a call from some1 who i tink wont call mi de.. n its SHARON! while was surprized she's behind us we didnt saw her she came to MOS wif her frens.

ok newae we went in after a while explore the place for quite some time its really damn big had an escalator and different sections for diff themes, retro, techno, r&b n bla bla bla i donno still got wat hurhur bascially jiaying was our tour guide, we were following her all the while walking here n there wat a clubber... hahaha.

oh ya newae its elva, ethan n jeremy de virgin club. elva was enuff age but the rest is still under age lar.. wat the hell! but they manage to smoke thru wif bernard IC... hai~~ all these underage clubbers...hurhurhur.. more n more sprinters r ggin to club.. WHOSE FAULT WHOSE FAULT AR??

ok we manage to settle down at the techno section.. den we went to get our free drinks after gluping down we head to the dance floor.the techno music sux.. but wow cher can really shake hurhur..and was exchanging sms wif sharon coz actually we wanted to meet haha but juz too mani ppl ler however we did saw each other while walking ard. and she settle down at rnb room which haf nice music but damn packed..

okie after while we decide to proceed to rNb coz techno really cannot make it.. n it was damn packed.....

the dance floor onli got one entrance n its veri packed we were stuck at the entrance den every starts to shake outside of the floor -.-" damn sianz headache n knee pain no place to sit n veri packed.. i alreadi wanted to leave but still force myself to stay wif them until lex jio mi go ler den i go wif him ard 1230.. den on my way out at the entrance saw eunice n his bf.. its been a veri lloong time since last saw her well chated wif them for a little n go off ler.

newae the rest played until 2am-3am+ ba kanasai got training still nxt day stay until so late tot they say at most stay until 1am..... n i was quite confirm dat all of them wont turn up the nxt day..

Gave jiaying a morning at 7am as request .. n den when i reach was surprised everyone reached alreadi i was the last coz i slept at train n overshot the stop newae den i realise after she pick up my call she went back to slp again!!!!! -.- elva 2nd call den wake her up... onli got one word to say PIG! but well was surprise dat they turn up..

ok den as expected ethan jeremy n denise didnt turn up hurhurhur.. their endurance still not veri good ar... and so todays training mi lex n dennis haf to partner wif one of the juniors den the rest took single.. b4 setting off to sea was learning a new stroke.. wah jialat i am a slow learner now got new stroke siao liao... donno how loong am i gona take to learn dat meanwhile i will stick wif my original one haha..

todays trainig was okie kinda slack.. after dat went to suntec eat.. on the bus 16 saw magdelene ok she told mi ard march will haf lvl 1 instructor course . finally okie i tink no more liao veri tired liao i ggin to slp ler nITeZ all

NEWAE all ALuMnis of np sprinters pls take note at the 12th of FEb cher invites all to come back so pls all do make urself free on dat day if can come down in the morning to join the row in the wif all the lovely juniors!! 830am CANOT BE LATE!! at but if you cant make it in the morning pls come in the afternoon ard 1230 sdba pls all PLEASE COME BA IF YOU SEE THIS MSG!!!!
