haha today is my birthday thanks to everyone that gave mi bday wishes they are eliza, daphne, addie,liangcheng lex ,jiaying, brian, jiajun, jeremy, chin chong, dennis, wenqi, stephanie, meng, ziwei, regina, elva, chin koon, xavier, wailoon and lastly all those db teammates dat attended trg today.. sorry if i missed out any name not dat u r forgotten is juz dat i am too tired to tink sooo hard nemore

haha the first to wish mi early bday is liang cheng and addie they wish mi on 10th nov but later they send mi sms on the dot at 12am soo touched lor.. i tink he remember most likely is becoz our bday is same date juz diff mth.. and i nvr forget his bday tooo.. it juz hard to forget hahaha. den daphne oso wishes mi on dat day..

den meng send mi an sms on 12th nov haha tinking its my bday dat day but well it i told him thanks and it was on another day hurhur

on 12th nov actual day.. 1200am the first to gimme the wish is eliza thanks alot .. haha we r like always exchanging bday wishes on the dot hurhur... but well too bad for the financial part.. when vitamin M is stable lets exchange bday presents again okie hahaha..

den subsequently received msgs from daphne, addie,liangcheng lex ,jiaying, brian, jiajun, jeremy, chin chong, dennis, wenqi, stephanie, meng, ziwei, regina, elva, chin koon, xavier, wailoon haha some at ard 12am-1am oh man they really dun slp so early...

den at nite, i was hafing db trging in sch.. was a tired and shiok trg... den after debrief i was preparing veri happily wanted to go home eat my bday meal from my parents... got a surprised from daphne lex jiaying brian.. wif a cake and party boopers and afew snacks. didnt expect it man...they either had sch, doing ns or had work.. didnt really expect them to wait for mi in SIM till 9pm++ .. and doing dat the dragonboat team noes about it and all wishes mi happybirthday and seriously it is always the close buddies teamates. friends we celebrated my bday and everytime was a surprise...

time for some flash back coz after this update i will not update liao hahaha...

first time ok no soo surprised we had 4 days 3 nights expedition to hantu and sisters island.. my buddies noeing is my birthday making it know to the whole expedition.. well i felt like a star in the expedition hahha.. alot of things is like aiming at mi... and there is where the first scandal in poly started wif weishan in ob now a air stewardess wif SIA ... at the camp fire night after our skit and most hairy compy, the crazy ppl wanted to make both kiss.. but things soo awkward but well we ended wif a hug and some idiot took a few fotos and been saying alot of gossip wif it.. got presents from the committee, and of course a saga seed from eliza but i drop in into the sea HAHAHAHA

2nd is my 21st where i spend a bomb inviting some of my best buddies to eat..

3rd after a tiring sea trg donno from where they pop up a cake,

4th we had a terrible work at boat quay river regatta by SDBA.. most of them were helping out.. and donno from where after the event,... comes a cake.. we had buffet at boat quay the food is for some mp (vip) and the food is like sooo nice... hahaha i celebrated my bday at boat quay wif buffet at the prize presentation area and all that were setup properly its soo damn cool lar.. i bet non of u all get to celebrate bday at boat quay and wif sponsor buffet and the kind of settings b4 and had fun while seeing the sun sets hurhur... we all later sweep and mop the whole stretch of boat quay and den we went to clarke quay jump into the fountain and play ard.. den change up and go brewerks drink..

and den lastly is today...

Of course lastly i would like to thanks to 2 frens who haf been hanging out wif quite often but not soo often oso they are namely wenqi and stef thanks for remebering my bday so thanks.. so far i do not haf any female frens dat is not in canoeing dat remeber my bday ba... maybe haf?? but not dat i can tink of or for the last at least 7 yrs.. haha and thanks for ggin out wif mi though due to tiredness and vitamin M shortage i am always soo boring in the outings.. hope our relation will last fooor veri loong

den one thing in common.. is everyone who sended mi bdays wishes.. 90% called mi black hei or watever indian names they can tink of.. and 80% ask mi to get a gf.. hahaha ok i promise everyone dat i will quickly find a gf and haf sex wif her okie -.-.. oops =X.

*the below is the conclusion of my latest post extracted from my private blog my 2nd account..

.................... ya i will cont to row with lex till he enlist on wkdays,

hope everyone will respect my decision.. and gimme blessings... i will definitely leave nacc ler.. i dun tink it will change...

anyway after this week, i dun wana bring this issue up anymore... this sun will be the last sun trg i attend as an np alumni rower.. maybe i will turn up maybe i wont.. see how first. but i hope this issue wont affect the current team.. although it does.. but hope it will be cleared soon.

the team still haf to work on team bonding.. a team nids to haf bond.. wif bond in a team u find lifetime frens.. wifout bond... u all are juz trg machines... training for medals onli, even keep winning medals oso no meaning... after grad.. everyone become hi bye frens and by the time u noe it u see no meaning in this thing called team... no one will remember wat medals u won before.. but ppl will remember how u make them feel...ppl wont remeber ur name becoz u won tis medal... but ppl will remeber ur name if u once pull them up when they fall, seriously who can remeber the medals i haf won these 2 yrs.. i doubt any....i am oso nt bother by it juz stating an example so pls cont to work hard on team bond.

Was doing research on my grp assignment and found this meaningful sentence which i would like to share..

" --> this sentence juz hightlights the importance of training tgt and ggin out tgt..

Roobie Loomis , a successful NASCAR racer crew chief says' l like to use the analogy that when things are working well if one person spills a drink a teammate will jump down and start cleaning it up and another one will run and get another soda. Thats whats its about. And about selecting people for the team, he says its important to pick people of strong character who will be willing to work with th other personalities in the group. ---> this simply says... a team cannot haf selfishness everyone must be able to accept each other and help each other... not be selfish some ppl when washing boat likes to stand ard doing nth... disappearing when everyone is washing the equipments and i realised its always the same few ppl... and some others who nvr push trolley...

His personal philosophy with team is : If you "work hard give much, and expect little, good things will come your way.

congrates on the new committe.. agm is normal.. nth special... villa bali trip is oso normal nt as fun as last yr.... nt everyone turn up.... and they arranged separated seats.. boring... but been a long tme since i drank so much..

ok anyway sunday dinner... was suppose to be a meaningful reunion dinner.. but it turns out rather no meaning to mi at all was hoping to see more of my own batch de teammates.. well despite all the smses i send out... some didnt even wan to reply mi.. some reply tell mi they coming but once n once again.. at the veri last min they done it again pissing mi off by pangseh mi fly my aeroplane... i said it once i said it again.

IF YOU NOT INTERESTED PLS DO NOT PROMISE MI ANYTHING IN THE FIRST PLACE AND DUN TURN UP!! WORST IS DUN EVEN INFORM MI!!!!.. and for those who dun even reply my sms IF YOU NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OUTING LET MI NOE... I WONT SMS U AGAIN!! AT LEAST REPLY! its enuff.... for the past few yrs its always lidat...

talk abit about the past... how we used trained and survived so mani tough trainings and tough times tgt and how bonded we are dat makes mi wana cont to row to find dat feeling... doesnt dat all mean anything to u ppl??? i nvr even bug u all to come back row ... i juz wan to haf a reunion... where i can see everyone... my teamates ... and again n again n again n again... i get this kind of shit... sorry for xinyu, cuicai, lionel, dong that turn up and discovered dat onli so few ppl turn up.... fine i'm tired...

anyway whens normal trainnig gona resume???... still dun see any updates on any canoe blog... and no news from the new captain... maybe the training alreadi start wifout mi noeing... who noes....

anyway i hope this new work year.... the team will cont to prosper and shine...

wah wat a wonderful CNY but juz like every yr lor... hehehe.. munching all the titbits non-stop.. yah i really mean non-stop. and i ate super lots of prawns this yr *slurps.... when i'm at home i am heavily tied down by my gundam seed destiny... been watching till late nites since CNY eve.. :P

ok.. havent seen my ang bao count , but haha its ok... Its weird dat my relatives keep asking mi about my gf.. some how the first thing they will say when see mi.. when i say i dun haf gf they somehow dun believe n some wana insist i haf... omg..... -.-
